The Board announces that following a review of its announcements to the market over recent years, it has noted that option grants made to Directors of the Company since July 2002 and listed below, all of which have been specifically reported in the audited Annual Report and Accounts for each subsequent year, were not announced in accordance with AIM Rule 17.
