Associate / Equities Analyst (Mumbai)

Responsible for independently covering global stocks belonging to one or more assigned industries. Work will involve analyzing 10K/10Q filings, preparation of a detailed valuation model (DCF/EVA/CFROI), comps sheets and finally publishing equity research covering an investment thesis, key risks and valuation with a BUY/SELL/HOLD recommendation. Analysts will also be trained in technical analysis using our proprietary platform. Will work in a team under the guidance of a cluster head specializing in a couple of sectors.
Desired Profile: MBA/CA/CFA/MS Finance with a thorough understanding of financial modeling, valuation and equity research methodology. Experience in covering stocks in the following industries will be an advantage: Telecom, Semiconductors, Software, Utilities, Transportation and Shipping.
Desired experience: 0-3 years
